General FAQ
I am getting too many search results! How can I narrow them down?
Searching by the model name or manufacturer number helps narrow down large searches. These are sometimes available on the manufacturer's website. If you're still having difficulty finding your item, feel free to contact us!
What is a demo unit?
Our demo units are items that have been placed on display. There isn't any wear on these units.
What are "B-Stock" guitars?
B-Stock guitars are units that the manufacturer sends out with a blemish. The guitars are just as good as their regular units, but may have (very minor!) blemishes on the finish. They're a great way to get ahold of that shiny new guitar you'd been eyeing, but often at a steep discount.
When we receive these guitars, we look for any blemishes, then note them in the product description. We also include photos of any marks in our listings. These photos are always high-resolution, so customers can know exactly what they're getting!
What is an open box item?
Open box items are units that have been removed from the box for photo or first-look purposes. These items are perfectly new otherwise.

Shipping FAQ
Where is your shipping department located?
Our main shipping warehouse is located in Southern California, though not all items are shipped from here. If you're not sure where your item is shipping from, please contact us!
Do you have a storefront?
We actually don't have a retail storefront! However, you are welcome to stop by at our office/warehouse to place an order or pick up your order. Please make an appointment with us before showing up, though, so we can better prepare for your visit.
Can I order an item for will call or pickup?
Yes, you can! Just make an appointment with us prior so we can expect you.
Do you ship to foreign countries?
Our foreign shipping ability depends on the item on order. Please contact us to verify if we can ship to your country.
What shipping services do you use?
We usually use FedEx and USPS for our shipments. Items with free shipping are typically sent via standard ground.
Ordering FAQ
Can I pay with a foreign credit card?
Unfortunately, any order over $150.00 going to a foreign country must be paid via bank wire transfer. Please contact us for transfer details.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! We accept orders via telephone, email, mail, and online through our website. Online orders will be processed the quickest, so we recommend that!
My item is shown as “back-ordered.” When will my order be filled?
Every category of item has a different back-order process. Back-orders typically take one week, though we are often at the mercy of the manufacturer's production. As such, we may experience lengthy back orders depending on the item. Please contact us if you have a more specific back-order question in mind!
Do you have stock on the item __________?
Unfortunately, our system's inventory can sometimes be a few units off. If you have a question about a specific item, or if you have a time-sensitive need, please contact us. We're here to help you!
How long do orders take to process?
Orders not on back-order may take 3-5 business days to process. Though we are typically able to process and ship out orders in less than 3 days!
